Embodiment

Because we are actually composed of fields —
as is the world — we have to see ourselves
as interconnected rather than self-sustaining,
constantly involved in the flux of becoming something new
even as we shape and reshape the world.
Cyndi Dale, healer, teacher The Subtle Body: An Encyclopedia of Your Energetic Anatomy
Embodiment is a neverending process as we discover more of how we are made and how we flow as energy. Einstein discovered that everything is energy, which is vibration at its essence. We have immense energy at our disposal when we connect to Universal Life Flow which converts to chi or prana in our bodies. Our breath is the foundation to activate this Universal Flow within us. As we work with the breath, we activate centers in our body that are subtle channels and pumps for life force.

The subtle body is an invisible, yet crucial part in our alignment for health and transformation. Our life force or chi runs at fast-moving frequencies only measurable by its effects. We are able to study how chi flows via the acupuncture meridians, chakras (which create the aura or auric field), and dan tiens (centers of chi). We also have light photons affecting us through our Hara or Haric Field.  These subtle structures transform this information so that it can be used in our body by the slower mechanical fields and forces (electricity, magnetism and sound among others).
The heart serves as the human electrical center. Its electrical activity shapes the formation of the subtle fields that surround the body because it emits thousands of times more electricity than do other organs. And its field goes out much further around us than does our brain's electrical field, allowing for heart coherence amongst ourselves to be palpably felt. Have you been in a room of people either grieving or celebrating? Then you have experienced a group field influenced greatly by the heart.

When we experience stressful emotions such as frustration, anxiety, irritation and anger, our heart-rhythm pattern becomes irregular and incoherent, negatively affecting our health, brain function, performance and sense of well-being. When we experience renewing emotions such as appreciation, dignity, joy and love, our heart-rhythm pattern is more ordered and coherent.

The human body is also subject to other subtle fields that include : morphological fields, geofields, the universal light field, and the undetected aspects of the electromagnetic spectrum.  Morphological fields allow exchange between like-minded species and transfer information from one generation to another. These penetrate the aura as well as the electrical system of the body. Geofields act upon all living organisms, as do energies from outside the earth. The universal light field, called a "zero-point field," consists of photons or units of light that regulate every living thing. Our DNA is made of light, and we are surrounded in a field of light. Photons have wave and particle capabilities. And matter, not just light, has wave capabilities.

All of this is to demonstrate that we have many more forces acting upon us than we realize.

To embody more of who we are requires knowing how to use these powerful forces for transforming ourselves to an aligned and coherent human vibratory being.

We look forward to you joining us to learn and experience more of these understandings.

The following rituals or daily practices are ones that we have found helpful.

1. Release + Welcome In

2. Tuning into the Breath (coming soon)

3. Flowing in the Toroidal Field (coming soon)
